Serita was instrumental in securing funding for Dyslexia Thanet Foundation to ensure that our service was accessible and inclusive for families and young people requiring access to specialist dyslexia tuition. This made a huge positive impact to families as young people of all ages were able to attend sessions on a weekly basis and receive specialist tuition in a group and 1:1 with an experienced teacher.  Without this funding we would not have been able to offer this service in the community which had a positive impact on young people's education, wellbeing and future.  Thank you Serita, we could not have done it without you!

Serita is seen as a huge ally to the Autistic Communities, this shows through her fundraising work and networking in the community. Serita is a huge advocate and ally for promoting Autonomy, inclusion, acceptance and awareness and most of all celebrating skills of adults with Autism.
